Hi Trevor. How long have you been using Curology? I've been using Curology for, I think it came up on three and a half years. So it's been a little bit. How did you find out about Curology? My sister started using it before me. It was a recommendation from her because I was having trouble with my skin. My skin was breaking out a lot. It wasn't very clear. She said, oh yeah, you should try using Curology because it works so well for me. I tried it and it's worked very well since then. Were you using anything before Curology? No, not really. Not consistently. What does your routine look like now? I have my [HydroTret] Rx right here, I use the [Acne] Body Wash every day. I also use the [Gel] Moisturizer and then the [Gentle] Cleanser every day. I use the moisturizer morning and night, and cleanser also morning and night. So yeah, I use all those four.

What skin issues were you experiencing before Curology? I mean, the biggest thing was just like that I was breaking out a lot. My skin was not clear. I was having acne, especially right here on my cheeks and my forehead. Yeah, it was just pretty bad. Skin was getting kind of red. How long before you noticed a change with Curology? It was pretty quick, honestly, I would say a couple of months. It was quick. What was your experience of signing up like? Yeah, it was pretty streamlined. I mean, from what I remember, I just answered a handful of questions. It probably took me 15 to 20 minutes to do the initial survey. Got an email back, I believe, putting me in contact with my provider, and it just went from there. It was pretty easy. So you've been on Curology for a few years. Has your provider made any changes to your Rx at all through that time? Yeah, for I think about a year and a half I was on the white bottle, the Custom Formula Rx. And then yeah, the other year and a half or so, I’m on HydroTret Rx, the purple bottle. What’s your experience with your provider been like? Yeah, my provider is just very open to changes. She'll talk about anything with my skin, any questions I have, she responds quickly. So just open, quick communication. It's been the best that I've had because prior to using Curology, I didn't have a skincare routine. I didn't have anybody to talk about with my skin. This has been my first option and the best option. What did a bad skin day feel like for you? I remember just waking up and I mean, just being insecure about my skin. I would just wake up, look in the mirror, that's the first thing. It's not a great day or not a great way to start your day just looking at one of your biggest insecurities in the mirror. You just kind of feel bad about your appearance first thing in the morning. How do you feel now? I can walk around knowing that my skin looks good and my skin looks a lot clearer than it used to be. I feel more comfortable interacting with people.

How did you feel when your first box arrived? A little bit of excitement and nervousness. Probably less nervous because I mean, my sister had used it and it had worked, so I had proof that it does work on somebody. At least I was just kind of nervous to see what it would do for me. But I was excited. Obviously the prospect of change and having a lot clearer skin. Then I started using it, the nerves went away. Do you talk about your skincare journey with anyone? Yeah, yeah, I mean, a couple of my friends, I don't know if they've actually done it, to be honest. I couldn't tell you that, but I have recommended it to a few of my friends. Do you find it easy to talk about skin issues with your peer group? I think bringing it up can be awkward. I don't usually bring it up that often, just because people's skin and their appearance is often a point of sensitivity for a lot of people. If they don't feel comfortable with how their skin looks at that time, they don't really want to talk about it. But if they bring it up, I'm fine with talking about it. What advice would you give yourself three years ago? I mean, stay consistent. I did. That's what worked for me. Stay consistent, use it every day, use it as it's provided, and just kind of embrace the change. Obviously, it's going to be a net positive for you. It's going to be great for your appearance, your confidence. So just those two things. Embrace the change, stay consistent, use it how you should be. What's the one thing you're happiest or most proud about with this experience? I think it just goes back to the confidence thing. Just being able to walk around comfortable in my own skin. No pun intended, but it's true. Yeah, just walking around feeling confident in knowing that I look good, knowing that my skin is clear and looks healthy. I mean, that was far from the truth before. So I think that's just the biggest change.
