What ingredients are in HydroTretᴿˣ?
A licensed dermatology provider selects 3 active ingredients at the right strength for your skin.
Potential active ingredients include:
Tretinoin
Dexpanthenol (aka provitamin B5)
Niacinamide
Azelaic acid
Inactive ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Deionized Water, Laureth-7, Phenoxyethanol, Polyacrylamide, Tocopheryl Acetate, Triethylene Glycol.
All formulas containing tretinoin also contain the antioxidant butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), and formulas containing both niacinamide and azelaic acid may also contain propylene glycol. All formulas containing dexpanthenol also contain propylene glycol.
Who is HydroTretᴿˣ for?
HydroTretᴿˣ is designed for dry, sensitive skin. It may be suitable if you want to add tretinoin into your routine but haven’t been able due to concerns around dryness and irritation. Curology also offers a tretinoin-free HydroTretᴿˣ if that is a better option for your unique skin.
How do you use HydroTretᴿˣ?
Our licensed dermatology providers generally advise that after cleansing with Hydro+ Foaming Gel Cleanser, apply a thin layer of HydroTretᴿˣ to your entire face and neck before bed. Leave on overnight. As always, follow your provider’s instructions for your unique skin.
