We’re here to share what we know — but don’t take it as medical advice. Talk to your medical provider if you have questions.

1. Don’t act your age: defy it

At Curology, we think growing older is something to celebrate and embrace, so this week on the blog, we brought you 5 age-defying tips for every age. If you’re concerned about the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, the key is prevention through skin health. Age ain’t nothing but a number, and we can always strive to appreciate the quirks of our unique skin.

2. Wow, such love: Rover picks Curology

Thanks to Rover for voting us one of the Best Dog-Friendly companies! This week I learned we’re one of many trendsetters when it comes to improving workplace conditions by having a dog-friendly office and accommodating pet owners with time off when they need it. It’s true we love our furry friends — which is also why Curology is cruelty-free.

3. Social responsibility: why inclusivity in skincare matters

When it comes to standards of beauty, brands can either weaponize or strive to subvert body-shaming tactics commonly used to sell products. The skincare industry has a responsibility to be honest with consumers about what is — or isn’t — obtainable with their products. This post explores the body positivity movement and the impact it’s having on brands like Curology.

4. No Breakout Makeup: sunless tanning

When it comes to our tans, we want to have our cake and eat it, too. That means that achieving our best bronze can’t come at the expense of our skin’s health. We kicked off this week blogging about our obsession with sunless tanning. If you want to prevent signs of sun damage like fine lines and hyperpigmentation — without breaking out — check out our reviews of the best sunless tanners of 2019.

5. Real Simple says Curology’s real simple

Curology is on a mission to make prescription skincare affordable and accessible, no matter if you want to address acne or signs of aging (or both, let’s be serious). We’re humbled by the shoutout from Laura Reilly at Real Simple, who says Curology is the easiest way to get an age-defying prescription. Thanks, Laura, for the honest review!
