As a company, we are passionate about shattering systemic oppression and creating a truly inclusive culture where all talent thrives. We are committed to pushing boundaries, upleveling diverse perspectives and doing our part to fight the good fight in the name of social justice and equality. We are committed to supporting, empowering, and advocating on behalf of our diverse workforce, the diverse workforce we have yet to hire, and our family beyond the Curology workforce. 

We wanted to share our employee data and our ongoing commitment to  Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (or DEIB) at Curology—this is not just a diversity report, but a reflection on our DEIB journey, strategies, and aspirations. In addition to breaking down the identities represented in our workforce, the report explains how we’ve collected employee data and our methods for analyzing those numbers. Dive in with Curology is a robust, transparent, and vulnerable update on what we have done and what we aspire to do moving forward.
