For the pre-existing customer (“Inviting Customer”) and the new customer (“Invited Customer”) to earn reward program credits (“Reward Credits”), the Invited Customer must arrive at our website by clicking the Inviting Customer’s invitation link. Each invitation link expires 7 days after receipt. Upon arriving at our website, the Invited Customer must complete the skin quiz, be eligible to make a purchase from curology.com, and purchase a trial shipment in the same transaction. The reward credit is earned and issued after the trial shipment ships to the Invited Customer. Each Inviting Customer may send up to five invitations and only one invitation may be used for each Invited Customer; in other words, additional or repeat purchases made by an Invited Customer are not counted as additional Reward Credits. Reward Credits are automatically applied to the customer’s next shipment after they are earned, so long as the next shipment contains eligible products (see below). Any unused Reward Credits will roll over and be applied to the customer’s next shipment that contains eligible products. An Invited Customer will receive a maximum of $20 for the trial shipment, but may become an Inviting Customer if directly presented with this offer by Curology. Each Reward Credit is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent, and may only be redeemed online in your User Account at curology.com or withagency.com. Unused Reward Credits expire two years after they are issued.
The Invited Customer and the Inviting Customer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Invited Customer must be a new customer who has not previously signed up for Curology or Agency. Eligibility to be an Inviting Customer is currently limited to only those customers that were directly presented with this offer by Curology; customers may not contact our support team to become an Inviting Customer and have Reward Credit applied.
Reward Credit may only be used for non-prescription products. The Reward Credit may not be applied to prescription products, including but not limited to your Curology Custom Formula, Future Formula, or Dark Spot Formula. Rewards Credits will only apply to full-priced non-trial shipments. Rewards Credits may not be applied to any prior purchases, taxes, or shipping, handling, and delivery charges.
Eligibility for Reward Credits is limited to individuals only. The Curology reward program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Curology’s sole discretion.
If the Inviting Customer chooses to distribute the invitation link via self-generated email, the Inviting Customer must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of the invite link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Curology’s reward program.
Curology reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Inviting Customer and/or Invited Customer and to request proper payment if the Inviting Customer and/or Invited Customer attempts to use the Curology reward program in a questionable or bad faith manner, breaches any of these Terms & Conditions, or violates any law, statute or governmental regulation. All of Curology’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Rewards Credit is verified.
By participating in Curology’s reward program, the Invited Customer and Inviting Customer acknowledge that some of their personal information may be collected, processed, and used by Curology. Any personal information collected, processed, and used will be in accordance with Curology’s Privacy Notice. This information will be stored for at least twenty-four months and may be shared with the Invited Customer or Inviting Customer as confirmation of earned Reward Credit.
Curology reserves the right to cancel the reward program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion and will publish updated Terms & Conditions to its website at curology.com. However, any change to these Terms & Conditions will not affect the usage of any Rewards Credits earned prior to the date the updated Terms & Conditions are published. By continuing to participate in the reward program, Inviting Customers accept the most recent Terms & Conditions, including any changes made.
The Invited Customer, Inviting Customer, and any other parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this reward program shall be resolved by binding arbitration, which shall be governed by terms identified in the “Dispute Resolution & Arbitration; Governing Law” section of Curology’s Terms of Service (https://curology.com/terms/), which are hereby incorporated by reference.
